Glass Flowers Blooming




Glass Flowers Blooming / 2023

        ︎ I animated these blooming flowers because I was inspired to try and imitate a glass-like material. Ultimately, it was a task to render this on my laptop, but I’m proud of how the translucency elevates the flowers’ movement. My inspiration came from fantastical 2000s color palettes that I remember seeing growing up, and the flowers in Disney’s Alice in Wonderland. The glow was added in post in After Effects.
